For this project, I designed an original typeface by combining organic materials with digital organization. Each letter was hand-formed using trails of honey to guide real ants into shaping the alphabet. I then photographed and assembled the final letterforms in Photoshop to create a fully structured typeface.
This piece explores the tension between control and chaos, using living movement to form static language. The result is playful, unconventional, and a little unsettling—pushing the boundaries of what a type system can be.
