Tula is a brand I created during my time at the University of the Arts London, born out of a desire to make period care more honest, comfortable, and sustainable. Tula turns recycled t-shirts into sanitary pads, offering a chemical-free alternative for menstruators who care about what goes on, and in, their bodies. We believe in balance: between your body, the planet, and the truth. Unlike most brands, we don’t pad the truth. Transparency is stitched into everything we do.
I developed every part of the brand, from the name, logo, and visual identity to the packaging design and marketing strategy. Every detail was intentional, including packaging made from recycled textile waste and pads crafted from thrifted materials. Tula reflects my belief that design should feel personal, purposeful, and planet-friendly.
